AVAQ (Association des Vétérinaires Aquacoles = French Fish Vets Association) is a non-profit organization founded in 2002.

The aim of this association is to represent french fish vets and promote their activity towards administrations and professional organizations. It is also a mean to increase communication and exchanges between fish vets.

Beyond its representative role for fish vets, AVAQ is also one of the main interlocutors on fish pathology for french and european administrations.

We provided expertise and advices to professionnal organizations (FFA, CIPA) as well as associations (UNPSA, GDSA) and administrations (DGAL).
